Description

Decorative, sporty "Spirit" bangle in bronze, with black rhodium finish.
Inlays of ivory-white ceramic. Eight brilliant-cut diamonds set in diamond shapes.

The third image provides inspiration: a bangle in black rhodium-plated bronze with ivory-white ceramic and a bangle in polished bronze with pure white ceramic.

Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin. Through contact with skin and oxygen, bronze oxidizes over time and develops a brownish patina. Depending on skin type, the copper in the alloy can also cause the skin to darken. The decorative black rhodium burnishing prevents oxidation and discoloration.
The photo with the bangle in polished bronze serves as inspiration for how the bangle would look in gold. Made in gold, this bangle would cost around $26,000. As a precious metal, gold has the decisive advantage that it does not oxidize or discolor through contact with skin, oxygen, or other influences.

Inspired by the Fraumünster:
The Gothic sandstone structures of the Fraumünster are the inspiration and namesake of our "Spirit" collection.
The shapes are sometimes subtly and sometimes clearly based on the Gothic forms. And a closer look reveals a small detail: The spaces between the lines show small, playful "spirit-like" creatures - the "Spirits"
